The Tower constitutes the operational center of the Fair. For that reason, its privileged location in height has been chosen, obtaining at the same time a visual reference for the visitor of the Fair. The structural typology consists of the provision of a central resistant core of concrete, surrounded by 9 floors located at the highest part, being diaphanous a large space below. At its outer end, the support of the slabs is materialized by a hanging of the cover, constituted by homogenized stays.
The structure of the tower reaches a height above ground of 92 meters and has three levels of basements. It is constituted by a concrete core, inside which stairs, elevators and other dependencies are housed.
The crowning of the tower is constituted by a ribbed platform of post-tensioned concrete, in whose outer contour are anchored the stays that serve as hanging of the 9 slabs located in the lower levels.
